Description from the seller
Hans van Horck (born 1952 in Steyl, Limburg) is a Dutch visual artist who is mainly known for his paintings and drawings. His work often moves between figuration and abstraction, inspired by landscapes, nature and human forms.
Van Horck developed a recognizable, own style in which color, structure and layering play a large role. In his paintings you often see tranquil compositions with a certain dreaminess. He works with different techniques and materials, which gives his work a rich and tangible character.
His art has over the years been exhibited in various galleries and art institutions in the Netherlands. In doing so he has built up a fixed group of collectors who appreciate his work for the calm, contemplative atmosphere and the artisanal execution.
Dimensions of the work: 120 x 120 cm
Viewing is of course possible. In addition we have our own in-house framery, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary year. Furthermore we make use of restorers from the industry association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to use this, of course we would be happy to hear."
