I report what is written about the period to which the work I present belongs: "In ’48 in Paris an important exhibition of his work was organized; it would be followed by exhibitions in Brussels, London, Lausanne, Zurich, New York, Berlin and other cities that would make him known and appreciated worldwide."
I believe this work, one of the most refined, elegant and essential of the master, has been exhibited on several occasions during that magical period.
