It powers on perfectly (see photos) but I couldn't verify its operation since I don't have any game disks.
There are some screws missing at the back, but as you can see it powers on and seems to be functioning well.

CPC464 computer
It powers on perfectly but I couldn't verify its operation since I don't have any game tapes.
