About the work:
Vasarely's pursuit of perfection imposes an absolute quality standard that, at that time, only the presses of Basel printshops could meet.
Thus, between 1971 and 1978, Editions Du Griffon, Neuchâtel in Switzerland, were entrusted by Victor Vasarely with the production, distribution, and dissemination of 19 albums and 12 serigraphs gathering a curation of his works.
This unique edition issued from a special edition was imagined and supervised by Victor Vasarely himself, and it is with the same commitment to quality that Editions Du Griffon gave exceptional care to these series of albums printed in the 1970s, identifiable by the copyright on the back of the prints.
