An extremely rare and historically significant Nokia 7710 R&D Prototype (Hardware Variant: RM-12), manufactured in Finland in 2004.

This is a true holy grail for Nokia and mobile phone collectors, representing Nokia's very first touchscreen device and their only commercial Symbian Series 90 smartphone.

Cosmetic & Technical Condition:
- Fully Functional & Tested: The device boots up perfectly, enters the "Desk" home screen with a SIM card inserted, and the internal SIM slot mechanism is fully working.
- Touchscreen & Display: The screen is beautifully bright with excellent color contrast and flawless touchscreen response.
- Unique R&D Software: Features a very early internal development software build from December 2004 with original R&D test icons active in the top bar.
- Excellent physical condition with the original stylus and original protective sleeve/case included.
- Includes an original Nokia Pop-Port R&D Prototype USB data cable (untested, sold as-is).

The Nokia 7710 was produced in very limited numbers even for retail, making a fully working, early R&D lab prototype with unique test graphics an absolute unicorn on the market today.
