The Montblanc brand pen, made in Germany in 1980, measures 13.8 x 0.8 cm and weighs 28 grams with its ink cartridge, which needs to be replaced. The Sheaffer is made in the U.S.A. and features a gold-plated seal with a crown. It measures 13.5 x 0.8 cm and weighs 18 grams. The Pelikan brand pen, made in Germany, measures 13.5 x 0.8 cm and weighs 21 grams. It ships with a daily leather travel case. The current cartridges will be replaced with new refills.
