Rare art folder published in January 1990, containing three original etchings by Achille Pace accompanied by a critical text by Leo Strozzieri.

Achille Pace was one of the leading figures of Italian abstraction in the second half of the 20th century and among the founders of Gruppo Uno. His artistic research is characterized by an essential, poetic language in which the sign becomes the primary element in constructing space.

The folder, titled "Landing of an Itinerary", includes:
3 original etchings;
a critical text by Leo Strozzieri;
work published in January 1990.

Signature and numbering: The prints are signed and numbered in pencil by the artist in the lower margins.

Etching with two small structures and wavy lines: 17.5 × 23.5 cm.

Paper: engraving paper with the historic CM Fabriano watermark, bearing in the watermark the crown in the shape of an “m” surmounted by a square cross at the center
Provenance: from the private collection of Corrado Bongiovanni, son of the master torcoliere Luciano Bongiovanni, printer of the present edition, a circumstance that adds particular historical and collecting interest to the lot.
Conditions: excellent conservation state. The folder and the etchings are complete, well preserved and free from significant defects. No tears, folds or notable alterations are visible. Readers are nonetheless invited to examine carefully the photographs, which form an integral part of the description.
Documentation: no certificates or additional documentation are present. Authenticity and provenance are supported by the original colophon of the publication and by the direct provenance from the printer’s collection that oversaw its production.
