The bottle is in very good shape for it age. The level is very high shoulder (see pics). Cork seems to he holding great and there are no leaks. Ready to drink. From our private stock collection - Kept in our controlled temperature cellar in pristine conditions.

The 1982 Domaine Raymond Trollat Saint-Joseph is a legendary bottle. Raymond Trollat, who retired in 2005, is widely considered one of the traditional masters of the Northern Rhône, and his old-vine, granite-terroir Syrahs are now highly rare collector's items. 100% Syrah. Unicorn wine. Since Raymond Trollat retired and parts of his legendary vineyards (like Les Oliviers) were taken over by top producers like Domaine Pierre Gonon, these original bottlings are irreplaceable.
