Le Yack (1972) - The Regatta

Standing at the bow rail of a sailboat, hair in the wind, a young woman in a white swimsuit and a navy blazer draped over her shoulders turns her face toward the horizon. The sails crack, spray bursts along the hull, the coastline unfolds in the distance under a sky of azure. Le Yack signs a nautical scene full of style and vitality, carried by its vibrant light and cinematic framing.

Le Yack, an emerging French pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, aka Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD) of Orléans. He is an art director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45. He is exhibited in a network of about forty galleries in France, Germany, Belgium, the United States.
