The Omas Christopher Columbus II fountain pen is a rare example from the limited collection dedicated to the vessel Colombo II, the training ship of the Italian Navy, which in turn takes its name from the famous Genoese navigator and explorer.
Production began in 1992 on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus. It is precisely in 1992 that the project by the Vallicelli architectural studio for the sailing vessel that inspired this fascinating fountain pen originated.
