Description from the seller
JARRÓN BLANCO is a 70x100 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García. This work celebrates the intensity of the everyday through a vibrant and direct composition. The vase, made of white ceramic decorated in blue, becomes the central axis of a scene where fruit and flowers converse with the background color, generating a powerful and lively contrast.
The lemons, luminous and almost tangible, radiate a warm energy that spreads across the surface. Their presence, repeated both on the branch and on the plate, creates a visual play between what is natural and what is arranged, between what grows and what is gathered. The red background, flat and enveloping, intensifies each element and eliminates any distraction, directing attention to the essential forms. On this chromatic field, the deep greens of the leaves and the delicate whites of the flowers find a vibrant balance.
The composition, seemingly simple, is charged with rhythm and movement: the curves of the vase, the fall of the branches, the arrangement of the fruit. Everything flows with a naturalness that evokes the tradition of still life, but with a contemporary and expressive gaze.
“Jarrón blanco” is a painting about immediate beauty, about the light contained in simple objects and about the power of color to transform the everyday into something extraordinary.
