Description from the seller

Photographs by Fabio Accorrà in a limited edition with FRAME 40x50 cm INCLUDED.

Two aerial views in comparison that reveal the hidden geometry of tennis. Colors, shadows and perspectives transform a familiar space into an abstract composition where sport and form meet.

I create photographs designed to endure over time, not to be consumed in a few seconds on a screen.

My name is Fabio Accorrà and I create Fine Art photographs in Limited Edition, printed and framed with high-quality materials and intended for collectors, art enthusiasts and spaces seeking character.

My work stems from personal research. Each photograph is the result of a careful gaze and a conscious choice: nothing is casual, nothing is produced in a mass series.

Each work is produced in a limited number of copies, signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. I personally oversee every stage of the process, from creation to final printing, to ensure that each piece truly reflects my vision.

I believe in the value of the printed photographic work and in the power of images capable of accompanying a space and its living occupants, day after day.

If you are looking for a photograph that can become part of your story, you can explore the collections available in these auctions.

Who I am

Born in 1984, a lifelong traveler, he began photography in the 1990s by developing his first film rolls and using the Polaroid. Photography has left an indelible mark on every journey, from the confined landscapes of Lapland to the chaotic life of New York and Tokyo, from desert sands to the power of Icelandic nature up to the world’s edge of Greenland. From Salgado to Steve McCurry, his inspiration leads him to range from travel photography to traditional black-and-white photography.

He has published several works and held numerous photographic exhibitions around Italy. To name a few of the most important: in 2019 he published The Colors of Japan, published by Erga, a photographic project that tells of his journey in Japan, and in the same year he exhibited at the Consulate General of Japan with a photographic show featuring selections from the book. In 2020, the success with the photographic exhibition “The Colors of Japan” at the Edoardo Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art in Genoa.

Judge at the Wiki Loves Monuments photography contest with Wikimedia Italia for the Abruzzo region in 2019 and 2020 editions. In May 2021, also influenced by the pandemic that kept him from his long travels, he published “The Colors of Genoa” (Erga Edizioni), a photographic book that tells the beauties of his beloved city. In June 2022 he published his third photographic book, “Venice Colors and Words of Silence” (Erga Edizioni), a photographic reportage that tells Venice as it had never been seen, deserted during the last lockdown.

In December 2023 he received the “Talent Award of Genoa 2023” from the Mayor of Genoa Marco Bucci on the proposal of the Genoa Talent Committee of the Municipality of Genoa.

Seller's Story
