ABOUT THE WORK — The Bath
The Bath turns an antique bathtub into the centerpiece of a scene of solitude and mystery. In a space of elegant decay—with worn walls, hydraulic floor, and soft light filtering through the curtain—the time seems to have stood still.
The female figure appears suspended between melancholy and contemplation: a presence that defies the abandonment of the place. The contrast between the stillness of the environment and the red hair introduces a subtle tension, as if the image were a frame of a story that never fully unfolds.
