Emile Gilioli (1911-1977) - Composition

Emile Gilioli (1911-1977) is an Italian- French abstract sculptor. After WWII he exhibited with sculptors like a.o Hajdu, Lardera, and Etienne Martin and today his previous home in Saint Martin de la Cluze near Grenoble houses his museum. He is represented at a.o Centre Pompidou, Paris, Musee de Sculpture de la Ville, Paris, Tate Gallerym London MOMA, NY, Kunsthaus Zürich and numerous other museums within and outside Europe.

The lithograph measures: Composition 50,5 x 64 cm printed on Rives 56 x 74 cm, It is handsigned and numbered with pencil in 75 copies. It is in fine condition apart from creases along the lower and upper paperedges, but there are no tears or other mechanical damages to the papersheet. Verso there are remains of mounting in upper and lower paperedges- There is also a light discolouration from a previous passepartout recto. Please consult the photos
