Montblanc - StarWalker "Cool Blue - Pen

Here we present one of the most vibrant, luminous, and sought-after variants of the iconic modern line from the Hamburg maison, a piece now out of production and beloved by collectors: the Montblanc StarWalker Ballpoint Pen "Cool Blue".

Unlike the classic black resin versions, the Cool Blue edition immediately catches the eye with extraordinary craftsmanship. The body and cap are made of solid metal, finely engraved with an elegant vertical guilloché pattern. The entire surface is then coated with a thick, glossy translucent blue lacquer, creating stunning plays of light and depth depending on how it is struck, reminiscent of reflections on water or ice.

To further highlight this deep blue are the bright platinum-plated finishes on the clip, the tip, and the three rings. At the top, the famous transparent dome is present, inside which the Montblanc white star emblem appears to float in space.

Mechanical operation relies on the classic and very precise twist mechanism. The excellent photographs of the disassembled instrument are a fundamental guarantee: they reveal the solid internal metal threading in gold-plated brass, a construction detail that certifies its absolute quality and originality. The pen is currently fitted with an original refill.

The condition is to be considered in excellent/good overall condition. The blue lacquer is perfectly smooth, mirror-bright, and free of chips, cracks, or dents; only the physiological, microscopic hairlines resulting from normal handling are visible.
