Friedel Dzubas stands among the most significant post-war American abstractionists. A close associate of Helen Frankenthaler, Morris Louis, and Kenneth Noland, Dzubas developed his signature Color Field style under the direct influence of Hans Hofmann and Clement Greenberg. His works are held in major museum collections across the United States.
