Description from the seller

The Dunhill Savory lighter presents a very good overall state of conservation, in line with its age and use, preserving its original character and collectible appeal intact.

The body shows a well-defined engine-turned guilloché finish, with uniform wear that evidences the passage of time without compromising the aesthetics of the piece. There are light superficial marks and small signs of use on edges and areas of greater handling, normal in pieces of this era, which do not distort its presence or value. The structure remains solid, with good fits between parts.

The mechanism functions correctly, as seen in the images, with operable ignition, good spark generation, and smooth opening of the lid. The friction wheel retains good grip and response, and the overall system maintains its functionality, which notably increases its interest for both use and collection.

The base preserves the original engravings, visible and legible, including brand and manufacturing references, which adds authenticity and historical value to the piece. The lower loading screw is present and in good condition, allowing proper maintenance of the lighter.

Overall, this is a well-preserved, functional specimen representative of Dunhill Art Deco design, ideal for collectors or enthusiasts of high-end vintage writing accessories.

It will be shipped in a courtesy box for proper preservation. Happy bidding!
