LeYack’s The Waiting Room is a 40 by 40 cm signed giclée portrait in a limited edition of 20, produced in France and sold directly by the artist, dated 2026 and in excellent condition, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
Description from the seller
A waiting room of a maritime station — dark woodwork, checkered tile, wooden benches, arched windows looking out on a rough sea and a stormy sky. A clock shows the time. A woman alone in a beige coat and golden gloves sits, hands clasped on her knees, eyes lowered. A leather suitcase at her feet. In a corner, a conductor in uniform reads his newspaper, indifferent.
Le Yack here composes an image of suspended time — between two trains, between two lives, between a decision and its execution. The oblique light entering through the left side window cuts the space into zones of shadow and light with the precision of a Flemish painter. The sea behind the glass is the only thing that moves. Everything else waits.
Characteristics of the work:
Signature: Hand-signed by the artist in front.
Technique: Giclée print on canvas, using high-quality pigment printing for faithful reproduction of details and colors.
Edition: Limited to 20 copies, individually numbered.
Dimensions: 40 x 40 cm.
Framing: Delivered ready to frame, according to your preferences.
Authenticity: Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

About the artist:
LeYack (born in 1972) is a contemporary artist whose work blends modern narration and pictorial heritage. Drawing inspiration from photography and cinema, he distorts the codes of realism to inject palpable emotional tension. Each work tells a frozen moment, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the suggested story.
Keywords: Le Yack, waiting room maritime station, woman beige coat suitcase, clock sea storm, oblique light chiaroscuro, Hopper waiting solitude, unique unreproduced work, signed fine art canvas, contemplative figurative art, narrative art collector gift
