Two Umbrellas is a 40 × 40 cm giclée on canvas by Le Yack, signed by the artist, an edition limitée of 20, produced in France in 2026 and in excellent condition, sold directly from the artist.
Description from the seller
Two parasols — one red, one yellow — planted in the white sand at the bottom of the painting. Two tiny silhouettes sit beneath them, backs to us, facing a sea of absolute cobalt blue. Above them, three-quarters of the canvas belong to the sky, invaded by cumulonimbus clouds of sculptural, architectural, almost living whiteness.
Le Yack here performs a radical reversal: what should be the subject — the characters, the beach — is relegated to the status of colorful punctuation. It is the sky that reigns, vast, theatrical, indifferent to human smallness. And yet these two spots of color, red and yellow, are enough to tell of presence, companionship, a summer.
Le Yack, rising French pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, aka Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD) in Orléans. The artist also explores different forms of artistic production. Some of his works are reproduced in series on stretched canvas, creating limited editions accessible to a wider audience. Other works are created as unique paintings on canvas, adding an exclusive and authentic dimension to his collection.
Le Yack's style reflects a fusion between traditional art and the endless possibilities offered by digital technology. His innovative approach and deft use of digital resources allow him to create original works that captivate the eye and invite reflection.
