Splendid KKT MC 5 manufactured in October 1974.
Total aesthetic restoration
Frame sandblasted and repainted in KTM gray, RAL color
Fuel tank repainted in KTM RAL color
Side panels repainted in KTM red and green RAL
Rare new fenders in vintage plastic
Rare side panels in vintage plastic
The following parts are new:
Tank strap
Decals
Complete exhaust
Air filter
Seat upholstery
Magura throttle housing
Magura grips
Plastic number plate
Bolts, partly zinc-plated, new
Everything that was well preserved has been left as it was
Re-zinc plated foot pegs
Engine:
New Helko piston to run-in
The connecting rod, bearings and crankshaft are in good condition.
The engine is equipped with a convenient decompressor; cable and lever to be mounted if you are interested in using it.
The engine, however, starts easily with a few cranks after using the Bing carburetor's manual choke.
Bing carburetor cleaned and serviced
The KTM is characterized by good, well-delivered power and not abrupt. Dimensional similarity to a 50cc cross bike, therefore nimble and easy to ride.
Excellent for historic races and commemorations
