Description from the seller
The Snail Lady
In almost sacred silence, a young woman contemplates a snail resting on her hand. Between the fragility of the human being and the ancient slowness of the mollusk, the image invites reflection on time, metamorphosis and patience.
With her gaze toward the horizon, the feminine figure seems suspended in a moment of introspection. The jewelry, the dark tones and the sculptural light create an atmosphere that is at once mysterious and timeless. The snail becomes a symbol of resilience, inner journey and quiet transformation.
This work explores the contrast between the speed of the contemporary world and the natural rhythm of living things. It reminds us that any true evolution requires time and that beauty often reveals itself in slowness.
