A fan kisses the Beatle Ringo

28/08/1964 - New York, NY - Beatle Ringo Starr, in town for a musical engagement, is kissed by Angie McGowan, 16, of New York City, during a private interview she granted him on August 28. Angie earned the rare privilege by returning a Saint Christopher medal that had been ripped from the singer's neck by a delirious fan while he and the other Beatles were arriving at their midtown Manhattan hotel.
