Berlin knew how to draw toward it and launch to the world crucial pages of the contemporary poetic adventure.
This is the fourth work: Homage to Berlin 1909-1933.
I am passionate about that use of violent colors and energetic brushstrokes of that era, prioritizing the expression of subjective emotions and existential angst over faithful representation of nature.
They used an aggressive brushstroke and very vivid colors to capture the chaos, fear, and uncertainty of that era.

I try to move within the action of continuing to reinvent Cubism, giving it a contemporary air.
I regularly access a set of parameters I consider recurrent, such as the constant assimilation of images from the past, the play with others' language, focusing on old and modern painters.
I feel the constant sense of plunging inward into history.
My study and research of the Cubist movement, especially Picasso’s long and extensive trajectory, take me to unknown territories.
In each painting I try to review the problems and solutions Picasso posed with Cubism.
Cubism, for me, is a very important pictorial movement within the history of art.
