Young artist showcased at the Centre Pompidou in September 2025 for the day dedicated to French Young Creation, Laurent Anastay-Ponsolle is a French expressionist artist born in 1982. Drawing, painting, collage, performance are the languages he explores with force and spontaneity.
This work is an oil painting on paper with highlights of oil pastels. It forms, with "Intensité", also for sale, a diptych, a dialogue between two paintings. They can be separated, or displayed side by side.
The whole is a very "brut" , "raw-skinned", and "sensitive" whole, qualities typical of German figurative expressionism, the movement in which the artist fully aligns himself. It is signed by the artist on the back.
The work will be shipped in a cardboard tube with bubble wrap, fast and careful sending. It is also accompanied by an authenticity certificate signed by the artist that will be sent by email.
