Original mixed-media street art work Carrelage Joconde, created in 2026, in original edition, hand-signed, sold directly by the artist, framed, 40×30 cm, weight 2 kg, France origin.
Description from the seller
Original artwork: posters on tile, on a black background in a black 3D display frame 40x30 cm.
Hommage à Obey
Unique piece, fresh from the studio. Protected and fast shipping.
Lasveguix ne paints not only, he tears, layers, rebuilds. His creations are skins of walls, fragments of urbanity where the poster blends with graffiti, where acrylic speaks with spray and Posca. Each work is a pulse, a street scar transposed onto canvas.
Initiated into graffiti by his cousin SUOZ, he nourishes his visual language with the walls of Paris and London. In his gesture, one finds the echo of the great names who marked urban and contemporary art: Jacques Villeglé and Raymond Hains for the art of the torn poster, Vhils for sculpted matter, Basquiat for raw energy, Jérôme Mesnager for the silhouette, Miss Tic for the poetry of words, Ernest Pignon-Ernest for urban memory, Jef Aérosol for stencil, Invader for the urban pixel, Obey for the engaged icon.
Active in the street art scene for more than twenty years, Lasveguix has managed to establish a universe that is both punk and poetic. Since 2022, he transposes this street heritage to the studio, creating works where movement, time and collective memory freeze without ever fading.
Renowned for his singularity, he regularly participates in charity galas and prestigious auctions — COEUR CENTRAL at Roland Garros, Autour des Williams at Pavillon Ledoyen, Faire ma part, Nav Solidaire or SOS Préma. His creations reach record sums there, confirming a unique place in urban and contemporary art.
Lasveguix advocates accessible, free, and vibrant art, where each torn piece tells a story of love and positivity.
