Description from the seller

Vanity Case, or ladies' cosmetic/makeup case from Alfred Dunhill.
During the 1920s and 1930s (the Art Deco era), Dunhill created these luxurious hybrid pieces of compact engineering designed for ladies' purses.
How the vanity case works: the main compartment (Powder Case): the body opens through hidden hinges at the base to reveal a framed mirror and a compartment for pressed powder or blush. The removable Lipsticks: the cylinder located vertically and another at the top horizontally are lipstick tubes. They fit perfectly into the grooves of the case. The red material visible in the images is the lipstick itself.
The elongated piece serves as an applicator or internal cleaning accessory for the small compartments. At that time, it was the ultimate high-society accessory, bringing together touch-ups.
Despite its great age, it is in excellent condition, with only an anomaly in the mirror (see images).
