ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where a name eclipses talent and where industrial production replaces the hand of the artist, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: restore the noble status of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with brave and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of real talent, artists whose work is not merely a business strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets stringent criteria:
100% Handmade: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist's hand is the sole driving force of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a one-of-a-kind work, designed and executed by the artist themselves.
The signature as a commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not a mere formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the assurance that the artist fully stands behind their work, from the first sketch to the finish. We reject signatures on the board (printed signature); only hand-signed works are accepted, otherwise we refuse the works.
Against "Art Marketing"
We vehemently oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a commercially produced decorative piece, with no real input from the artist, is like purchasing a fashion accessory: it loses value as soon as marketing wanes.
We prefer to invest in the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. While we cannot predict the future, we firmly believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, deepen in meaning, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away.
Why buy a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not just acquiring a piece of Art. You are supporting:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to earn a living from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A real guarantee of acquiring a piece made by the artist themselves, not a vulgar subcontracting effort, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Enduring investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of obtaining a work made by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar subcontracting job, is the link between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Biography of Hoang Anh.
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam; lives and works in Hanoi
Originally from Thanh Hoa province, located 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang Anh belongs to the transitional generation of Vietnamese artists (the '8x' generation) who combine cultural heritage with contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has established himself on Hanoi's art scene with a bold approach to matter and color.
Graduate of the Artistic Talents program (class of 13) at the Thanh Hoa College of Culture and Arts
Graduate of the Painting Department (class of 48) at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts
Style and Artistic Approach
Hoang Anh's work is distinguished by an intense exploration of texture and movement. While he explores varied themes such as landscapes, nature, and the female figure, it is in abstraction that he reveals his full expressive power:
• Gesture energy: Proponent of oil painting and acrylic, he frequently uses a palette knife to apply color in vigorous horizontal strokes. This gesture creates a nearly musical rhythm on the canvas.
• Chromatic contrasts: His work plays with the opposition between often neutral backgrounds (urban grays, textured whites) and bursts of primary colors—fiery reds, solar yellows, and deep blues—that seem to burst from the surface.
• Lyric abstraction: His compositions do not seek to reproduce reality but to capture its emotional essence. His paintings often evoke ephemeral phenomena: the reflection of light on water, the vibration of heat, or the bustle of a metropolis in flux.
Exhibitions and Recognition
An active and recognized artist, Hoang Anh regularly exhibits in Hanoi's prestigious galleries and within national artistic collectives. His works are part of numerous private collections, both in Vietnam and internationally, captivating with their ability to translate an Eastern sensibility into a universal and modern language.
"To me, painting is a breath, a way to fix the invisible energy that surrounds us." — Hoang Anh
