ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art is too often reduced to a mass-market product, where name eclipses talent and where industrial production replaces the artist’s hand, ARTIS Art Gallery commits to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore the noble status of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of real talents, artists whose work is not merely a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Handcrafted: Each work results from meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory-style production. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and made by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully owns the work from the first sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the mount (printed signature); only hand-signed signatures by the artist are accepted, otherwise we reject the works.
Against "Art Marketing"
We strongly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Purchasing a “decorative” piece produced in series, with no real intervention by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as marketing wears out.
We prefer to invest in the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who will leave a lasting impression. While we cannot predict the future, we firmly believe that authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, whereas purely promotional products fade away.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you don’t just acquire an art object. You support:

2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was realized.
A real guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves, and not a crude subcontracting, is the bond between those seeking truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.
3. Enduring investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was realized.
A true guarantee of acquiring a work crafted by the artist themselves, not crude subcontracting, is the link between those seeking truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Hoang Anh Biography.
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam; lives and works in Hanoi
Originally from Thanh Hoa province, located 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang Anh belongs to that pivotal generation of Vietnamese artists (the 8x generation) who combine cultural heritage with contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has established himself on Hanoi’s art scene with a bold approach to matter and color.
Graduate of the Artistic Talents program (class of 13) at the Thanh Hoa Culture and Arts School
Graduate of the Painting Department (class of 48) at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts
Style and Artistic Approach
Hoang Anh’s work is distinguished by intensive exploration of texture and movement. Although he explores varied themes such as landscapes, nature, and the female figure, it is in abstraction that he reveals his full expressive power:
• The energy of gesture: A practitioner of oil and acrylic painting, he frequently uses the palette knife to apply color in vigorous horizontal strokes. This gesture creates a nearly musical rhythm on the canvas.
• Chromatic contrasts: His work plays on the opposition between often neutral backgrounds (urban grays, textured whites) and flashes of primary colors — ardent reds, solar yellows, and deep blues — that seem to burst from the surface.
• Lyric abstraction: His compositions do not seek to reproduce reality but to capture its emotional essence. His canvases often evoke ephemeral phenomena: the reflection of light on water, the vibration of heat, or the bustle of a metropolis in transition.
Exhibitions and Recognition
An active and recognized artist, Hoang Anh regularly exhibits in Hanoi’s prestigious galleries and within national art collectives. His works are part of numerous private collections in Vietnam and internationally, seducing with their ability to translate an Eastern sensibility into a universal and modern language.
"To me, painting is a breath, a way to fix the invisible energy that surrounds us." — Hoang Anh
