With this square-format work, Medsan blends the tender universe of Studio Ghibli with the sumptuous aesthetics of Gustav Klimt. The young witch, faithful to Kiki the Little Witch by Hayao Miyazaki — red bow, black cat Jiji perched on the broom — here flies in a sky gilded entirely dressed in the motifs of Klimt's Golden Phase: spirals, chrysanthemums and geometric pavements. Her floral kimono replaces the original dress. This unique giclée bears the signature « メドサン » (Medsan) in a cartouche.

The visual power of the composition lies in the radiance of its golden surface, reminiscent of Klimt’s gold leaf and The Tree of Life, offset by a deep green.
