Description from the seller
Montblanc Albert Einstein Limited Edition 3000 fountain pen.
Sample no. 2820/3000.
Pen produced in 2012 as a tribute to one of the greatest physicists and geniuses in history, Albert Einstein.
The platinum-plated body of the Albert Einstein Limited Edition 3000 shines with the gentle light of a distant star, while the dark blue lacquer of the cap recalls the velvety darkness of the infinite universe.
The grille on the cap is inspired by Einstein's General Theory of Relativity, curved around the platinum-plated sphere on the clip, just as light coming from a distant object in space would be curved by a foreground star or galaxy in what is today known as gravitational lensing.
The body and the cone are engraved with Einstein's most important formulas and the handcrafted nib in rhodium-plated 18-carat gold features an engraving of the element that bears his name: einsteinium.
Nib in solid 18k gold.
Item conditions excellent, no signs of wear, like NEW.
Inked only once and subsequently cleaned.
