An extraordinary and iconic work by Mario Schifano (1934–1998), one of the absolute pioneers of European Pop Art and of the Piazza del Popolo School. This piece, set within an elegant white frame, belongs to his celebrated and highly sought-after series of "Tele/Foto Computerizzate"—hand-retouched photographs derived from television screens. Schifano isolates a transitory mediated image, transforming an ephemeral TV broadcast into a lyrical and permanent artistic statement through dynamic, energetic strokes of colored enamel. A conceptual work of great impact, worthy of a museum, that perfectly reflects Schifano's obsession with contemporary media and visual flows. The work is archived at the Mario Schifano Works Archive cataloged at the M.S.
