The artist goes after the whale… but Paul Watson wasn’t there to stop him!
Not to worry, no cetacean was mistreated during the creation of this work. An (almost) ecological gesture: the graffiti was done with a marker on a photo of a whale, not sprayed directly on the animal.

Already because it’s dangerous (it moves a lot, that sly one), and then because… the spray under water doesn’t work very well.

BLACH, always ahead of his time, but not yet ready for underwater street art.

Biography

French artist, Maxime Blachère alias BLACH R (Alt+0.174) is today present in more than 30 countries and exhibits in numerous art galleries in Europe, the United States and Asia.

Humor is a constant in the work of Maxime Blachère, and he knows no borders. His unique artistic approach attracts the interest of thousands of collectors and business leaders worldwide. His art is a universal language that transcends cultural and linguistic barriers.

Among Maxime Blachère’s numerous achievements are invisible graffiti of which he is the pioneer.
