Louis Vuitton Olympe Stratus, GM, a limited-edition model originally launched in 2007, made famous for its distinctive soft look, inspired by the smoky effect of the clouds over Mount Olympus in Greek mythology; this cloud-inspired idea indeed makes the bag voluminous, soft, and flexible.
Made in soft sheep leather in Nude/Beige tones, with a tone-on-tone embroidered monogram pattern that gives the whole bag a quilted effect. The interior is in beige soft suede, very spacious and organized with useful pockets. The fit is over the shoulder or by hand thanks to the two large hand-braided leather handles and a thick decorative resin chain in ivory/ecru tones, paired with the resin tag bearing Louis Vuitton Paris inscribed and placed in an applique with a gold-colored metal plaque, as with all metal parts of the bag. A highly prized collectible bag for a few; just imagine that in 2005, when a Vuitton medium bag cost 400€, this one cost over 2000€.
