The Pilot Capless “Faceted” presented in this lot is kept in very good overall condition, standing out for maintaining an elegant and balanced aesthetic typical of high-end Japanese vintage models. The faceted black resin body preserves a deep, uniform shine, with light signs of use consistent with a piece carefully preserved over the years.

The metal elements show good visual presence, preserving their original finish with very slight micro-markings derived from handling and normal use. The integrated front clip, characteristic of the Capless series, maintains good tension and alignment. The retractable push-button works correctly, offering smooth and precise action.

The solid gold 14K retractable nib is in good condition, properly aligned and prepared for smooth and reliable writing. The front cover closes properly, helping to preserve the nib’s moisture and prevent premature ink drying.
