Description from the seller

Brand: Kaschie

Model: K33

Country/Region of Manufacture: Germany (U.S. Zone)

Type: Petrol Lighter

Condition: Used, fully functional.

This vintage lighter is a must-have for any serious collector. Manufactured in the U.S. Zone of Germany (late 1940s/early 1950s), the K33 is famous for its unique "ball" trigger mechanism. Simply slide the ball down, and the lid snaps open while simultaneously sparking the flint to ignite the flame.

Fully Functional: This lighter has been tested and is in excellent working condition. The mechanism is snappy, and it produces a strong spark.

Historical Marking: Stamped with "U.S. Zone Germany" on the bottom sliding compartment, dating it to the post-war occupation period.

Unique Provenance: One side features an elegant engraving for the Portuguese company "Soc. de Artigos Gráficos - Manuel Reis Morais & Irmão", with locations in Porto, Lisboa, and Luanda. This adds a unique layer of history to the piece.

Design: Beautiful polished chrome finish with a classic "pinstripe" engine-turned pattern on one side.

Condition: Beautiful vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with age (please see high-resolution photos for details). No major dents or deep scratches.

To Light: Push the spherical button (ball) on the side downwards.

To Refuel/Change Flint: The bottom plate slides out (marked U.S. Zone) to reveal the petrol chamber and flint screw
