vintage briar tobacco pipe by Mokin, a French pipe manufacturer associated with the Saint-Claude region — historically one of the world's leading centers of briar pipe production. Stamped "Mokin Minora" with model number 7975 in an oval cartouche on the shank, bordered by a decorative rope-twist carved edge; the bowl features a hand-carved rippled/wave motif. Fitted with a vulcanite (or horn-style) mouthpiece, functional with light wear at the lip. Weight: 30g. Dimensions: 12 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm. Condition: excellent for age — briar bowl and carving in great shape, mouthpiece shows honest wear but remains fully functional.
