ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where the name supersedes talent and industrial production replaces human hands, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet strict criteria of excellence.
Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore the noble status of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with brave and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of true talents, artists whose work is not merely a marketing strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Hand-made: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal work, where the artist’s hand is the sole engine of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We refuse industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and created by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: every artwork is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the assurance that the artist fully owns their work, from the first sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on boards (printed signatures); only hand-signed works are accepted, otherwise we reject the pieces.
Against "Art Marketing"
We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, without real involvement by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: it loses value as soon as the marketing wanes.
We choose to invest in the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. While we cannot predict the future, we firmly believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a piece with us, you do not merely acquire a work of art. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who created your work and how it was made.
A genuine guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves and not a mere outsourcing, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Lasting investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was made.\nA true guarantee of acquiring a work made by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar outsourcing, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Artist biography: Painter Nguyen Robert, 1958.
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, an authentic village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work stands out for a singular fusion between Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he is fascinated by the rural architecture of his environment, the lines of traditional houses, the volumes of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palms — all elements that will form the basis of his visual language.
Forever based in his native region, Nguyen Robert over the decades develops a deeply contemporary, modern, and decidedly architectural style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while retaining a poetic sensitivity inherent to Vietnamese culture.
His Franco-Vietnamese heritage enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul instills gentleness, spirituality, and fluidity in his works. The result is a pictorial universe where modernity meets the timeless, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of great visual power.
Known for his ability to transform everyday life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is today regarded as one of the distinctive voices in contemporary delta Mekong painting. He continues his work in his Ben Tre studio, surrounded by landscapes that shaped his identity, and continues to exhibit in several galleries across Asia and Europe, captivating collectors and art lovers seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
