Christine Klöhn's Sirene is a 1995 original aquarelle in Moderne style, depicting a mythological siren in yellow, green and red multicolour tones, measuring 69 by 88 cm, in excellent condition, hand-signed, from Deutschland, sold by Eigentümer oder Wiederverkäufer, unframed.
Description from the seller
The painting "Sirene" by Christine Klöhn captivates with the wonderful luminous colors in beautiful yellow, pink, and gray tones. It is painted in watercolor and thus has its own lightness. It shows a female mythological creature, the siren, with long wavy hair, seated prominently in the left part of the painting. On the right side of the painting four figures are sketched, passing by a ship that goes past her and that are perhaps entranced by her.
I bought the painting directly from the artist; the certificate is uploaded as a photo.
The artist has lived for years in Berlin-Schöneberg and is known for her colorful watercolors. An artist who continually reinvents herself, forges new paths, and uses new materials. Her works are known to the Berlin public at numerous exhibitions. Further information can be found on her website.
The painting is sold without a frame, as shipping is easier and cheaper.
The painting is under glass; the frame is slim and silver. The painting can also be purchased with a frame included, selling price + €100. Please contact us beforehand regarding shipping costs. Pickup in Berlin-Friedenau would, of course, be easiest.
