Monika Misiak-Kołsut presents the limited edition giclée prints of Mirrors (2025), a multicoloured Surrealist work on archival paper, 50 x 70 cm, signed by hand on the back, with a certificate of authenticity and numbered 1/30, sold directly by the artist from Poland and delivered ready to frame.
Description from the seller
“Mirrors” is a multilayer reflection on time and the transience of human existence. In this deeply symbolic work, a woman holds a small mirror in her hand, while large mirrors behind her reflect the different stages of life. Instead of a face, her head is a blooming rose with one, unmoving eye – symbolizing perception, sensitivity, and the layers of identity we hide from the world.
On her shoulder rests a rook calmly, heralding change, mystery and fate. This image invites the viewer to reflect on impermanence, nostalgia and the surreal passage of time.
Features of the work:
- Signature: artist’s handwritten signature on the back of the piece.
- Technique: giclée print on archival (acid-free) paper, using high-quality printing to faithfully reproduce details and colors.
- Edition: Limited to 30 copies, each individually numbered.
- Dimensions: 50 x 70 cm.
- Framing: Delivered ready to frame, according to your preferences.
- Authenticity: Included certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
- Shipping: Shipped from Poland, securely packaged in a tube to ensure delivery in pristine condition.
Monika Misiak-Kołsut (born 1980) - illustrator and digital painter working in the realm of magical realism. Each piece is an autonomous narrative saturated with mood and organic structure.
