Ad Snijders (1929 – 2010) was an Eindhoven-based artist, draftsman, collagist and sculptor. When he was twelve, he began drawing, and he never really stopped after that. His style can best be described as expressionist, figurative art.
Both Snijders' themes and his way of working aligned with events in the time periods in which he worked. In that sense, his work was always topical.
The work of Ad Snijders has been exhibited since 1957 in leading galleries and museums in both the Netherlands and abroad. For example, his work has been seen at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam and several times at the Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven.
Dimensions with frame: 99 x 77 cm
Dimensions without frame: 65 x 50 cm
Viewing is of course possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing shop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Furthermore, we make use of restorers from the trade association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to make use of this service, we would of course be glad to hear from you.

We take great care in packaging every artwork. Packing is bespoke: every painting, work on paper or object is assessed and packed separately according to the most suitable and safe method. We take into account size, technique, condition and vulnerability of the work.
Where necessary we use extra protective materials, robust bespoke packaging and professional transport solutions, so that your purchase arrives safely and in optimal condition.
