Ugo Nespolo, born in Mosso (Biella), trained at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and holding a degree in Modern Letters. His beginnings in the Italian art scene date back to the sixties, to Pop Art, to the future conceptualists and poverists. Never tied absolutely to a single current, his production is quickly characterized by a strong ironic, transgressive imprint, and a personal sense of fun.
