Here we present a splendid exemplar from one of the most beloved collections cherished by collectors of the Hamburg house, rendered in an extremely elegant guise and rich in contrasts: the Montblanc Bohème Doué Platinum Line Ballpoint Pen (with Black Onyx Stone).

The Bohème line has always stood out for its unique proportions: shorter with a generous diameter compared to the classic Meisterstück, it offers a compact design (ideal for a pocket or a planner) without sacrificing a solid and comfortable grip. This specific variant "Doué" (two materials) stands out for the marvelous play of textures. The upper section (the mechanical body) is forged in solid metal with a brilliant platinum-plated, mirror-polished finish, which gives the instrument a substantial weight and a sense of extreme robustness. The lower section (the nib holder) is instead forged in black precious resin.

The true focal point of this edition is the clip: set flush into the platinum-plated metal we find a beautiful synthetic black onyx stone with a flat rectangular cut. A discreet gem but profoundly elegant, perfectly harmonizing with the black resin of the lower part. At the flat top sits the large emblem of the white star.
