Description from the seller

Limited edition of 20 copies, each signed and numbered on the back

Authenticity guaranteed: each copy comes with an authenticity certificate stamped and signed by hand, which guarantees the provenance and unicity of the work.
Each work is also accompanied by a page explaining the shot and the photographer's bio included in the shipment.

High-quality satin 270 g/m² paper printed using Epson UltraChrome HD inks, guaranteeing exceptional durability and a richness of colors. Note: in many self-portraits, including this one, you can see the self-shot in the photographer's hand

The artwork measures 30X40 INCLUDING white margin

The series "La dictature des pétales" is a new set of photographs in which the relationship between the human figure and elements of the scene, particularly flowers, is explored. Visually reminiscent of painters like Magritte, the series also probes the obsession with beauty and perfection. The petals, with their geometric perfection and vivid color, become a metaphor for the human desire for aesthetics above all, at the expense of truth or identity (for this reason the face is always concealed)

Careful shipping: Delivered in a protective tube without a frame, for optimal protection during transport.

Tatiana Cardellicchio was born in Lecce, where the light of the South becomes visual matter. Trained in Photography at the Institute of Photography, she has always moved between visual arts and identity research. In 2024 she received the silver medal at the Prix de la Photographie (PX3), a recognition that rewards the quiet strength of her gaze
