Jardinière - Silverplated

An impressive and elegantly crafted vintage/antique table centerpieces or jardinière, measuring a substantial 34 cm in length. This piece is a magnificent example of premium Danish metalware from the first half of the 20th century.

The silver-plated oval body features exquisite neo-classical beaded borders, flanked by two beautifully stylized ornate handles. The sides are adorned with embossed oval medallions depicting rich floral and fruit motifs. The piece rests on four elegantly scrolled feet and comes complete with its original, heavy clear-glass liner, which features two decorative fan-shaped (scalloped) glass dividers rising gracefully above the metal rim.
