Description from the seller
Original Offset Lithograph by Allen Jones from 1983.
The work is hand-signed in pencil by the artist in the bottom right.
This is a rare special edition that was printed without any text. As a result, the composition stands entirely in the foreground and feels like an independent graphic work.
The motif shows a dynamic figure in bold yellow, green, turquoise, and black tones, based on a color lithography by Allen Jones. In the print, the original edition is marked 13/35, making clear that the motif is based on a rare, small-format original graphic by the artist. The expressive line work and the bright color fields are characteristic of Jones' unmistakable visual language.
The work is professionally framed and presented in a custom-made, handcrafted black wooden frame with Plexiglas Optical HC. This high-quality framing provides optimal UV protection, high scratch resistance, and minimal reflections.
Frame size (framed) approx. 87 x 63 cm
