ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where names replace talent and industrial production replaces human hands, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards.

Our mission is simple but radical: to restore the noble status of authentic creation.

Our commitment: true art, with brave and, above all, hardworking artists.

We travel across Asia in search of real talents, artists whose work is not merely a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:

100% Handmade: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal craft, where the artist’s hand is the sole engine of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, conceived and created by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully owns the work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the plate (printed signature); only hand-signed signatures by the artist are accepted, otherwise we reject the works.

Against "Art Marketing"
We strongly oppose this current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” mass-produced piece, without real involvement by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades once the marketing wears out.

We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of time. An artist who takes the time to create, who shapes every detail and invests their soul in their work is the one who leaves a lasting imprint. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade.

Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?

By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring an object of art. You are supporting:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, not a crude subcontracting, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Enduring investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than in marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, not a crude subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Biography of Hoang Anh.
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, lives and works in Hanoi
Hailing from Thanh Hoa Province, situated about 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang Anh belongs to the transitional generation of Vietnamese artists (the ’8x generation’) who combine cultural heritage with contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has established himself on Hanoi’s art scene with a bold approach to matter and color.

Graduate of the Artistic Talents program (Class of 13) at Thanh Hoa City College of Culture and Arts
Graduate of the Painting Department (Class of 48) at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts

Style and Artistic Approach
Hoang Anh’s work is distinguished by an intense exploration of texture and movement. While he explores varied themes such as landscapes, nature, and the female figure, it is in abstraction that he reveals his full expressive power:
• The energy of gesture: A practitioner of oil and acrylic painting, he frequently uses a palette knife to apply color in vigorous horizontal strokes. This gesture creates a almost musical rhythm on the canvas.
• Chromatic contrasts: His work plays on the opposition between often neutral backgrounds (urban grays, textured whites) and bursts of primary colors — fiery reds, solar yellows, and deep blues — that seem to spring from the surface.
• Lyric abstraction: His compositions do not aim to reproduce reality, but to capture its emotional essence. His canvases often evoke ephemeral phenomena: the reflection of light on water, the vibration of heat, or the bustle of a metropolis in transition.
Exhibitions and Recognition
An active and recognized artist, Hoang Anh regularly exhibits in Hanoi’s prestigious galleries and within national art collectives. His works are part of numerous private collections, both in Vietnam and internationally, captivating with their ability to translate an Eastern sensibility into a universal and modern language.

"Painting is, for me, a breath, a way to fix the invisible energy that surrounds us." — Hoang Anh
