XTC’s sculpture 'Mc Caviar Tiffany', created in 2026, is a mixed‑media work in wood, glass and plastic with a nacre spoon and a glass dome, edition 14/15, signed, with a COA, made in France and measuring 25 cm high by 18 cm wide by 18 cm deep.
Description from the seller
McCaviar x Tiffany cone with a mother-of-pearl spoon by XTC.
A hijacking/reappropriation of a McDonald’s cone, the intersection of luxury and mass consumption.
This is not a McDonald’s cone in cardboard; everything was created from plastics and painted by XTC, except the genuine mother-of-pearl spoon.
The glass cloche is an integral part of the artwork.
Signed and numbered out of 15 below, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
The pictured copy is not necessarily the one that will be sent.
Careful packaging and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual research has evolved into a passion that was to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, part of the Pop Art movement, through the subversion of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity expresses itself through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes clash with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne or caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, combining painting with all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes mineral materials.
He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, and advertising and addictions in general.
All potential defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
