Description from the seller
A0000005497
Excellent condition. This is a second-hand piece that stands out for having been preserved with the utmost care. It presents a superb appearance, making it an ideal specimen for both discerning collectors and for elegant representational use. Please carefully observe the photographs, as they are an integral and detailed part of the description.
Details to highlight about its condition:
Body and Gold Plating: The metal maintains a magnificent mirror effect and an intense shine throughout. It shows no dents, dings, wear, or loss of gold plating. Only very light micro-scratches are noticeable, resulting from minimal handling.
Clip and Finials: The clip is firm and pristine. The upper crown retains its defined, clean edges, without the typical wear at the ends. The tip (lower cone) shows no marks from drops or deep scratches.
Engravings: The inscription "ALFRED DUNHILL" located on the central ring is deep, sharp, and completely free of dirt.
Note: The sale includes only the pen. As this is a collectible item, it is possible that the current nib may need to be replaced with a new spare to guarantee smooth and optimal writing in the long term.
