CLASSICAL SCENE is a 70x100 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García. A woman dressed in white appears seated on a bed, focused on an intimate and everyday gesture: she fixes her hair in front of a small hand mirror. Her figure, seen from behind and slightly turned, introduces a sense of seclusion and privacy. On one side, a Greco-Roman-inspired bust establishes a dialogue between domestic life and classical tradition, lending the scene a cultured and timeless character.
