Description
Splendid and elegant monumental vase in heavy lead crystal, attributed to the prestigious German manufactory Nachtmann, among the most renowned European producers of high-quality crystal in the 20th century.
The piece stands out for its refined architectural design characterized by deep vertical facets, a wide inverted-tulip bowl, a substantial faceted central band, and an elegant contoured foot, which give the whole a perfect balance between grandeur and refinement.
Made in crystal of exceptional purity and clarity, the vase offers magnificent light reflections and extraordinary brilliance, enhanced by the substantial thickness of the material and the high quality of workmanship.
With a weight of no less than 6 kg, it represents a decorative object of great visual impact, ideal both as a significant flower vase and as a prestigious furniture element in classic and contemporary interiors.
Stylistic features, execution quality, and finishes lead to attribution to Nachtmann (Germany), circa 1980–1990.
